Michael Vail  B. Bus FCPA

Michael is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has over 35 years experience in managing businesses, of which 22 years has been as a professional accountant, business coach and tax advisor.

Michael’s significant business management experience includes the following industries:

• Construction and Building
• Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure
• Rural, Livestock Industries and Agricultural Property Management, and
• Small to Medium Enterprises across a range of industries.

Michael is a family business specialist with experience across succession planning, estate planning and business valuations.

Loretta Seamer B Bus MBA(Exec) GICD FCPA 

– Senior Consultant, Director 

Loretta has over twenty-five years experience in various industries and commercial organisations focusing in the areas of financial management, audit, reporting and governance, including the implementation and re-engineering of business processes and financial systems.  Industries that Loretta has worked for include Manufacturing, Mining, Banking, Local Government, Retail and Wholesale distribution and the public and private Hospital sectors.  Loretta now works as a Management Consultant and Business Coach within the Health Sector and for Small and Medium Businesses.

Loretta has a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a Fellow of CPA Australia with postgraduate qualifications in Masters of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Loretta has been the President of CPA Australia - Queensland Division and a member of the CPA Queensland Divisional Council and is a Board member and Treasurer for Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland.  

Loretta specialises in working with our clients on the Business Growth Program, and the implementation of systems and processes for effective risk managment and efficiency for your business.
